Lou Barlow - “Bulletproof” [La Roux cover]

I’m all for unexpected reworks of trashy hit pop songs [and I did like this cover], but I really could do without watching Lou Barlow say he likes Lady Gaga. *sigh* Now I’ll never be able to listen to Dinosaur Jr quite the same way again.

Lou Barlow of Dinosaur Jr. singing La Roux’s Bulletproof off the self-titled album La Roux.

You can really hear the Folk elements in the songwriting via acoustic guitar and Lou’s delivery.

Simply amazing stuff. Beautiful. Period.
